DevCloud account got deactivated

My devcloud account got deactivated saying, prohibited use such as cryptocurrency mining, data scraping, malicious program or tampering with Developer Cloud services, without doing any. Can I get it activated again.

I was running a python sample to read a pdf document. 
Is there any way to get all my data copied to the new account?
