With the introduction of the Atom E3800 family (formerly Bay Trail), Intel closed the performance gap between previous Atom and Core i processors. The Atom E3800 offer much higher level of graphics performance than previous generation of embedded Atoms and features up to 4 CPU cores, 7th generation (Ivy Bridge) graphics, and support for DDR3 memory. This brings Atom processors technologically back to the leading edge. No surprise therefore that almost all major embedded computing companies are going to offer Single Boards Computers and Computer-on-Modules based on Atom E3800.
Embedded-Know-How's Virtual Baytrail Embedded Launch provides you with technical information (webinars, white papers, product news, documentation, …) about the processor family itself and informs about the latest Atom E3000 implementations of AAEON, ADLINK, Axiomtek, congatec, DFI, iBASE, Kontron and MSC.
