In order to start your design please refer to the Introduction to Intel(R) Architecture The Basics, Basics of Building Intel(R) Architecture Design document # 324377, and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Stack-up Overview for Intel(R) Architecture Platforms Layout and Signal Integrity Considerations White Papers. Also, you should implement the guidelines stated in the Platform Design Guide (PDG) and Specification Updates documents to have an updated design.
You should request Customer Reference Board (CRB) by filling out the Intel - Contact Sales form.
In order to have implemented the latest suggestions to your design please use the updated documentation as the reference.
The BIOS Writers Guide (BWG) can be found when you are logged to your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account by researching using the browser tool of the RDC website you have better results using the document #, or in the documentation section of the platforms stated in tEmbeddededd Design Center (EDC) site.
Your Ecosystem partners questions should be addressed by filling out the form stated at https://plan.seek.intel.com/us.en.embedded.registration-form-IoTEU-Contact-Me.html

Your RDC privileged account should be requested by filling out the Resource & Design Center Account Support form.
