Hello, Dominik76 :
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
The information that may help you should be requested by filling out the Submit a QDMS Support Request form.
It is important to let you know that the Failures in Time (FIT) is a standard industry value defined as the Failure Rate (λ) per billion hours. It can be expressed as:
FIT = λFIT = λhours ×109
By the way, the Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) is another standard industry value which provides the average time to failure of non-repairable devices. It can be calculated using the following formula:
MTTF hours = 1 / λ hours
We hope that this information may help you.
